Make sure the consequences are how you will feel if you don’t stop smoking. Imagine in your mind the feelings of the consequences, the pain and remember how it feels.

Whenever you feel weak in your resolve and need a boost, just pull out your list and recall the feelings associated with your consequences. Fear is a great motivator! Use fear over gain in all stop smoking remedies and you will have better results. After all as humans our brain is conditioned to react to fear stronger than it is conditioned to react to gain or pleasure.
